A conversation that only asks questions

The answer's
one layer down.

Write down what you're torn about. I won't give you advice. I'll ask a few good questions, and the answer will come from you.

How a conversation goes

Like a dive: down, then back up with something in your hands.

  1. 01

    Get specific

We start in the shallows: what actually happened, who said what. Vague worries turn into facts you can look at.

  2. 02

    Go deeper

Then we go under: what you really want here, and why it matters to you.

  3. 03

    Bring a step back

We come back up with one small, concrete next step. You come up with it, not me.

Six depths, from what you can see to what you can't

Every question sits at one of these depths, and each conversation tries to reach the bottom. During the conversation, a live map shows where you are.

  1. 1Situation
  2. 2What you do
  3. 3What you can do
  4. 4What matters
  5. 5Who you are
  6. 6The bigger why

Three ways words blur things

When we put feelings into words, details get dropped, single moments become 'always', and guesses start to feel like facts. Throughout the conversation, those phrases get gently underlined, in your first message and in your answers.

  • Missing detail

    “They all think I'm lazy.”

Who, exactly? What did they say?

  • Sweeping word

    “I always mess things up.”

    Always? When didn't you?

  • Guess taken as fact

“He didn't reply, so he doesn't care.”

    Is that the only explanation?

Questions

Is this therapy?

No. It's a reflection tool for everyday decisions and worries. If you're struggling with your mental health, please talk to a professional. If you're in crisis, contact a crisis line right away.

Will it tell me what to do?

No, and that's the point. It only asks questions. People rarely act on advice; they act on what they realize themselves.

What happens to what I write?

Your conversation is kept for 30 days so you can come back to it, then it's deleted automatically. We don't use it to train AI models. It is processed by our AI provider, DeepSeek. See the privacy policy for details.

How long does it take?

Usually 5–10 minutes: around eight to twelve short questions, then a clarity card you can save.

Is it free?

Your first full conversation is free, no sign-up needed. After that, you can buy a pack of conversations. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.
