What you write here is personal. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to it.

What we store

Who processes your words

To generate questions, your messages are sent to our AI provider, DeepSeek, through their API, and processed under their API terms. We do not send your name or email with them. The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages and the database. You sign in with Google, which tells us your email address and name. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which receives your email address, country and payment details and processes them under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

Your choices

You can stop a conversation at any time. If you're signed in, you can delete any saved card, together with its conversation, from My cards. To have a conversation deleted before the 30 days are up, or to delete your account, email us and we'll remove it.

Not for emergencies

This is a reflection tool, not therapy or a crisis service. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line such as 988 in the US, or find one at findahelpline.com.

We only use your email to sign you in. Signing in doesn't add conversations.
