Your first conversation is free, no sign-up needed. After that, buy a pack. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Prices in USD, plus tax where it applies. Conversations last 365 days. Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.

What counts as one conversation?

Each new conversation uses one. Everything inside it is included: all the questions, your replies and the clarity card at the end.

How long do they last?

365 days from the day you buy them. If you have more than one pack, the one that expires first is used first.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you're not happy, email hello@onelayerdown.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Any conversations left in that pack are then removed from your account.

Who handles the payment?

Our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment and receipts, and adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies. We never see your card details.
